You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the Service only for lawful and personal interview preparation purposes.
• Not upload any illegal, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for allactivities under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content, software, and materials provided by ListenTell are owned by ListenTell or itslicensors.

You retain ownership of your uploaded CVs, interview transcripts, and generated materials,but grant ListenTell a non-exclusive, limited license to process and analyze them solely toprovide the Service.

Some features may require payment or a subscription plan.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You authorize ListenTell or its payment partners to charge your chosen payment method forapplicable fees.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in away that may cause harm.

Upon termination, your access to stored data and transcripts may be restricted or deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" and “as available."

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose(including actual job interviews).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListenTell shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding theclaim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
